    Quality Assurance Coordinator for Day Services

    $58, $64,480.00 per year

    We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator to develop and oversee systems to ensure compliance with all the state and federal regulatory requirements for our Day Services program.

    A Day in the Life of the Quality Assurance Coordinator:

    Our Quality Assurance Coordinator (QA) is one of the main point of contacts for STAR, Inc., with regulatory agencies to make sure STAR, Inc., is compliant and providing the necessary oversight to our participants. Our QA Coordinator will be preparing for audits, developing policies and procedures, overseeing safety issues as they arise, submitting reporting data to various agencies all while ensuring our staff are following the proper quality standards for our participants.

    This job requires a lot of attention to detail, a working knowledge of the Department of Developmental Services and a history of supervision in a similar setting. Our QA coordinator is doing vital and important work to guarantee the proper procedures are being followed when our participants attend our day program so our hands on staff can focus on making every day for our participants something meaningful.


    Qualifications for the Job:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Supervisory experience in a day program or related setting.
    • Strong multitasker
    • Compassion and ability to see the potential in everyone
    • Positivity and a team-player attitude

    Schedule:

    Full Time Monday-Friday
