We are seeking an office assistant to join our team As an office assistant you will answer the phones set appointments direct calls and handle customer questions You will also be filing paperwork making copies faxing documents and mailing information out to customers as needed

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones set appointments assist customers with questions and direct calls
  • Process incoming paperwork make photocopies and file paperwork
  • Maintain records either physical or electronic of business transactions
