Job summary
This role oversees the daily operations of the Co-Occurring Residential Facility. The Supervisor is responsible for hiring, performance reviews, ensuring adequate shift coverage and monitoring for adherence approved workflows and agency policies.Responsibilities
• Effectively and legally interviews applicants• Makes appropriate staff selections
• Follows policies and procedures for corrective action relating to staff performance
• Provides sound supervision to all direct reports which include appropriate and frequent performance feedback
• Supports employees in skill development and goal attainment
