Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
- Screen individuals vehicles and/or packages entering or exiting the logistics distribution location to help deter unauthorized access or prohibited items.
- Respond to incidents critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner following established protocols.
- Conduct regular random patrols throughout the facility perimeter to help deter suspicious activity report any irregularities document all incidents observations activities according Allied Universal client procedures communicate clearly professionally with visitors employees management maintaining courteous professional demeanor at times monitor surveillance equipment access control systems required site protocols
