    Position Summary: Account Executive, Digital Advertising Sales Specialist: CTV / OTT

    The Account Executive is responsible for comprehensive coverage of assigned advertising agencies and clients specifically dedicated to representing AMG Digital platforms: LocalNow, TWC app & TWC Espanol. This individual must be able to grow and maintain existing clients as well as prospect and close new advertising business. Ideal candidate will be highly competitive and financially motivated. Candidate must be experienced in managing a large volume of accounts across multiple platforms and maintain a reputation for excellent client service. Must be able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment. Candidates must demonstrate a strong knowledge of digital advertising with past experience selling ad supported CTV / OTT streaming platforms. Programmatic knowledge in executing ad sales deals via Direct IO's, PG and PMP deals is a must.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • A CTV/OTT (Connected TV/Over-the-Top) Account Executive executes sales and partnerships, selling advertising space across AMG owned and operated streaming platforms:
    • Responsibilities include the following platforms: LocalNow, TWC App & TWC Espanol
    • Develop business relationships with ad agencies and clients directly.
    • Negotiating deals - Direct IO's, PG, PMP's across both scatter and upfronts
    • Creating advertising strategies to drive new and incremental ad revenue within your assigned agency and territory list.
    • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize ad campaigns and meet revenue goals.
    • Responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape
    • Prospecting and Selling- Expand business with existing accounts and pitch and secure new ad business while aggressively mining competitive digital platforms and advertiser databases for new business leads.
    • Work well within a fast paced dynamic environment representing multiple digital platforms across the company.
    • Coordination across internal sales organization- Help shape sales strategy based on feedback provided, work with digital pricing and inventory team, communicate effectively and timely to assigned clients and internal ad operations teams.
    • Manage assigned ad agency and territory list while maintaining accountability for achieving ad revenue goals both on a quarterly and annual basis.
    Education, Experience, Certification Requirements:
    • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising or related field is preferred
    • Minimum of 7 years ad sales experience representing a national ad supported digital platform. Ad sales experience working within an AVOD CTV/OTT ad sales platform preferred.
    • Experience and understanding of programmatic sales required.

    Additional Information:
    • This is currently a hybrid role, requiring at minimum Account Executive to work within our NYC office three days per week.
    • Compensation range: $175,000 - $250,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the positions, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer the opportunity to elect medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K and paid time off.
