The responsibilities of a server asst/food runner in our restaurant are to assist the service team with the execution of service and bringing guest orders out to the table and serving guests in an upbeat and positive fashion.
Once guests have left the table, the server asst/food runner removes the dirty glassware, silverware, and plates, cleans, and resets the table for the next guests.
