    Seeking a new opportunity within a school district? ProCare Therapy proudly collaborates with an outstanding school district in Midwest City, OK, in search of a dedicated PT to join their team for the ongoing school year

    PT Job Description:

    • Assessment and Evaluation: Physical therapists assess patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and range of motion. They conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities, using standardized tests and clinical observations.
    • Treatment Planning and Implementation: Based on their assessments, physical therapists develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals. These plans may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, modalities (such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation), and functional training exercises. Physical therapists implement these plans through hands-on interventions and guided exercise programs.
    • Patient Education and Rehabilitation: Physical therapists educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies to promote independence and optimize recovery. They teach patients exercises and techniques to improve mobility, prevent injuries, and manage pain. Physical therapists also provide guidance on proper body mechanics and ergonomic principles to help patients perform daily activities safely and effectively.
    • Progress Monitoring and Documentation: Physical therapists monitor patients' progress throughout the course of treatment, adjusting intervention strategies as needed to achieve optimal outcomes. They maintain detailed documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries to track patients' functional improvements and communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in their care.

    Interview Process:

    • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
    • 20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District
