- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges or developmental disabilities in a school or clinical setting.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple school sites within the San Bernardino area.
- Pay Rate: $28/hr
