Responsibilities
The Enterprise Configuration Manager role will be based in the DC/Metro region and tele-work may be available.

Selected candidate must be able to support occasional travel as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure standardized methods, proper controls, and procedures are used for the efficient and prompt handling of IT infrastructure changes.

Develop ways to minimize the number and impact of incidents across business services.

Internally or externally imposed requirements (e.g., legislative changes, proactive attempts to improve business services efficiency and effectiveness, and security-related changes) may result in planned and unplanned changes.

Follow the ITIL framework of Problem, incident, and change management to ensure desired outcomes, efficiencies, and successful solution implementation(s).

Prepare, document, and maintain standard configurations (including hardware, OS, and software) for core devices and infrastructure, including network, servers, virtual servers, workstations, desktops, laptops, virtual desktops, mobile devices, and Cloud solutions.

Ensure all devices connected to the enterprise network adhere to the common baseline standard (i.e., the latest version of the browser is installed on all systems).

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 14 years' experience required. An additional 4 years of related technical work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

Minimum on an active Secret security clearance is required.

Agile, ITIL, Service Now or equivalent certification required.

Experience developing, implementing, managing change management process.

Experience developing and maintaining Configuration Management Plan.

Experience with Configuration Management Board, Technical Review Board (TRB), Configuration Control Board (CCB), Engineering Review Board (ERB), and Architectural Review Board (ARB).

Experience managing large teams and working with government senior level and/or executive level leadership.

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
