Job Description

Starts as a part time employment with the ability to work full time hours for the first 4 to 6 months.

After this point full time benefits can be given:

Responsibilities and tasks :

Prepares work :
o Manufacturing files for follow-up and ISO 9001 certification
o Prepare all components required for manufacturing

• Carefully assemble components according to assembly procedure.
• Performs quality checks to ensure product meets quality standards.
• Keeps equipment operational by fulfilling preventive maintenance requirements.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures and rules.
• Reports problems, malfunctions or defective parts
• Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Contributes to team effort by achieving related results as required, is proactive

Qualification requirements

• 1-2 years' experience in mechanical assembly or very good aptitude in mechanics and its understanding.
• Basic blueprint reading skills. Must be able to follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills and operation.
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem, to think about improving productivity.
• High attention to detail and self-motivation skills.
• Specific technical or vocational training or certification may be required.

Physical requirements and abilities of an assembler

• Regularly perform repetitive tasks
• Regular manual dexterity to assemble parts with precision
