    Position Summary: Hybrid BCBA

    The Hybrid BCBA position oversees a caseload of 6-8 clients in center and home-based settings, managing critical touchpoints in each client's prescribed plan of care. This role requires strong leadership skills, collaboration, and training and supporting technicians.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conducting Assessments using VB-MAPP, EFLS, AFLS, and other assessment tools
    • Completing Authorization Packets reflecting Medical Necessity and Supporting Treatment Plan Recommendations
    • Utilizing Verbal Behavior Approach in Treatment Planning
    • Weekly Monitoring and Updating Client Skill Acquisition and Behavior Reduction Programs
    • Training, Directing, and Supervising Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians
    • Implementing Precision Teaching Programs and Using Standard Celeration Charts
    • Providing Parent Meetings and Feedback to Parents using BST
    • Conducting and Modeling 1:1 Therapy Sessions as Needed
    • Advocating for Families and Collaborating with School Personnel in the IEP Process
    • Executing Crisis Management Procedures
    • Maintaining Confidentiality and Following BACB Ethics Code
    • Modeling Professional Leadership Behaviors within Various Treatment Settings
    • Effective Communication through Oral and Verbal Channels
