Process Technician - McPherson

Job summary:
The Process Technician role ensures machines operate at peak levels of quality and efficiency by driving improvements through the continuous improvement process.The technician provides leadership to other team members based on strong knowledge of processes and equipment. They complete changeovers of machines for production runs, monitor machine performance per control plan, relieve operators, fill in for supervisors as needed,
and maintain set-up records for each machine. The Process Technician must have a high level of knowledge about all processes used throughout the department,
including material handling system transactions quality testing reporting emergency procedures etc.
