    $3,500 Sign-On Bonus for FT Hiresterms and conditions applyStep Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Northbank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing located at 5125 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32208 and Lakeside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing located at 13956 Lakeside Dr, Jacksonville, FL 32210.Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within either of these skilled nursing facilities, helping residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

    This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a SLP.     Position Summary:
    Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life:Qualifications:* Graduate of an accredited PTA program
    • Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required
    • SNF or post-acute experience preferred
