- Assist the department in preparing wholesale reporting and visual guides
- Track/Organize sample requests between departments and clients
- Communicate with approved clients to relay necessary information
- Compile shipping and sales reports
- Assist with daily office duties
- Pulling weekly sales data for Major Accounts
- Pulling ATS reporting and preparing communication to send to Accounts
- Merchandise and organize the showroom prior to and during market appointments
- Coordinate and manage all sample lend-outs for wholesale accounts
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel and all Microsoft programs
- Strong interest in luxury fashion
- Experience working as part of a team – happy to help out where needed
- Solution-oriented and hands-on
- Passionate about Brandon Blackwood, with an understanding of the brand and aesthetic
- Must be able to receive college credit
- Based in NYC
- Available 2-4 days a week (in-person)
