- Manage food production in the absence of supervisors
- Ensure compliance with sanitary procedures and regulatory standards
- Preparation and Food Service
- Summary of responsibilities include meal preparation, sanitation of food areas, inventory management, and regulatory compliance
- Follow standardized recipes and production instructions
- Monitor food quality and temperature
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Operate dishwashing equipment
- Record Keeping/Resident Services
- Maintain resident information confidentiality
- Record and monitor food and equipment temperatures
- Keep track of food production quantities and evaluations
- Rotate menus and production sheets
- Education: High School Diploma/ GED required
- Culinary apprenticeship or training preferred
- One (1) year of related experience
- SERV Safe certificate is a plus
