    Description

    Teaching Faculty Position

    We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced teaching faculty member to join our team at Dallas College.

    Job Summary

    This is a full-time teaching faculty position that will be responsible for teaching students in assigned classes, maintaining office hours for student consultation, and participating in the evaluation of the instructional process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective lesson plans and course materials.
    • Provide quality instruction and assessment to ensure student learning outcomes.
    • Participate in the evaluation of the instructional process and use innovative strategies to continually improve learning.
    • Maintain accurate and complete course records.

    Requirements:

    • A Master's degree or higher in Philosophy or History of Ideas; or Master's degree or higher with 18 graduate hours in Philosophy or History of Ideas.
    • Official transcripts will be required at time of interview.
    • Bilingual or multilingual preferred.
