Description
Endpoint Support Technician Can you be responsible for the daily operations of internal or external networks, operating systems, and mainframe environments? Do you have experience scheduling services and assisting staff with technical services? Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to endpoints, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and Virtual Desktop Machines~ upgrade systems to maintain vendor support currency; monitor and tune system components to meet performance, availability, security, continuity, retention and related requirements.
~ Follow IT standards for change, incident and problem management to ensure systems and data are secured and operated in accordance with requirements.
~ Systems users include all employees, field agents, agency staff and external customers via web sites.
~ Maintain consistent, quality documentation to meet ongoing operations and continuity requirements.
~ Provide 24-hour on call support for infrastructure to support business service levels.
Must have skills supporting one or more of the following key enterprise infrastructure services or technology platforms: data networks, application computing platforms, storage area networks, data base system infrastructures, middleware technologies, security infrastructure technologies, and/or scheduling services.
Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
