We are seeking an IT Support Technician for our customer, County Materials, in Marathon, WI.

Job Duties

• Responding to help desk tickets and phone calls from end-users
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical assistance to end-users
• Escalating issues to appropriate teams as needed
• Documenting issues and solutions in the help desk ticketing system
• Maintaining a high level of customer service
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Physical Requirements

• Sitting frequently
• Carrying/lifting 10-40 pounds rarely
• Standing / walking/ climbing

Experience & Qualifications

• 3 years experience in computer networks and systems maintenance preferred.
• 2 years experience on current networking operating systems preferred.
• Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.
• A strong sense of discretion and confidentiality is required.

Educational Requirement:

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications in related fields preferred
