- Responding to help desk tickets and phone calls from end-users
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical assistance to end-users
- Escalating issues to appropriate teams as needed
- Documenting issues and solutions in the help desk ticketing system
- Maintaining a high level of customer service
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Office working environment

- Standing / walking/ climbing
- 3 years experience in computer networks and systems maintenance preferred.
- 2 years experience on current networking operating systems preferred.
- Understanding of IT principles and an ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to a varied audience.
- A strong sense of discretion and confidentiality is required.
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in related fields preferred
