    CleanSlate is a nationwide medical group providing office-based outpatient treatment for the America s crisis of addiction. Our Mission is to improve the quality of life for people suffering from opioid and alcohol addictions. We're accomplishing this by providing high-quality medication-assisted treatment (MAT) led by physicians and licensed medical providers, individualized mental health support, psychosocial support, and intensive care coordination with a wide network of community partners. We believe that it is our mission to serve patients from all cultures and economic backgrounds, and we accept all payor types, as Addiction does not discriminate.

    CleanSlate has treated more than 100,000 patients in over 75 centers across the country

    We are currently searching for Center Medical Director (CMD) in Lexington, KY. The CMD is responsible for supervising the clinical operations at our established outpatient Addiction Medicine Centers, this entails the clinical supervision Nurse Practitioners and ensuring that the center is utilizing the best practices to treat the chronic disease of addiction and its co-occurring disorders. The CMD s time is split 80% Clinical and 20% Administrative.
