Mechanical/Plumbing Project Manager- Guam

We are looking for an OCONUS Mechanical project manager to run multiple jobs, scopes to include fire protection, plumbing, air/water side HVAC. Managing their share of superintendents, 100+ foreign nationals, logistics department and forward facing to customer directly. Duties include tracking designs, lead meetings, billings, RFI's, schedules, researching, labor management. Computer skills to access project documents required using iPad or laptop. Must have 5 years of Project Manager on Gov't projects $10M and larger Mech/Plumb scopes. Duration: Permanent
