- Work closely with Supervisors and Shift Managers on assigned shift in assisting with all hourly team member interactions to include:
- Corrective Actions (training sessions included)
- Conducting Internal investigations
- Investigating assigned Ethics Line Claims
- Conduct regular round table sessions
- Hosts regular supervisor meetings for assigned shift to discuss current topics
- Be responsible for hourly team member compensation policies and practices
- Respond to unemployment claims
- Provide employee relations support to assigned shift to include inquiries and phone calls from team members
- Bachelor's degree required in a related area.
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of applicable federal and state labor laws including FMLA, FLSA, Worker's Compensation, EEOC, etc.
- Knowledge and ability to develop and interpret policies and procedures; investigate complaints and bring resolution thereof.
- Basic understanding of benefits and payroll administration.
- Good computer skills utilizing HRIS systems, Workday, JD Edwards, Kronos timekeeping system.

We are seeking an experienced Plant HR Generalist to take on a key role in our new manufacturing refrigerators plant in Anderson (SC).
As a member of the HR plant team, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing our employee relations programs, policies, and procedures.
