    As a Senior Highway Project Manager, you will lead our expanding roadway design team across Florida.

    Responsibilities:

    • You will lead our expanding highway design team located across Florida
    • Build effective client relationships by working collaboratively with the client & multi-discipline teams
    • Prepare and complete engineering designs that are responsive to project needs
    • Complete tasks within the assigned schedule and budget
    • Develop project design criteria, calculations, details, and estimates
    • Mentor staff in the advancement of highway design

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
    • 10-15 years of experience in roadway design.
    • Experience and familiarity with the Florida DOT is a plus.
    • Proficiency in computer-aided design using MicroStation and ORD.
    • Proven experience managing staff and coordinating with clients.
    • Professional Registration preferred, with registration in Florida is desired.
