We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Patient Service Representative to join our team at our state-of-the-art neuropathy clinic in Broken Arrow, OK. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of our front office, providing the first point of contact for our patients, and delivering exceptional service.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for all patients and visitors.
• Handle all telephone communications, including scheduling appointments, rescheduling, and answering patient inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Responsible for administrative tasks such as sending faxes, making copies, and maintaining organized patient records.
• Assist in the coordination between patients and medical staff to optimize appointment scheduling and clinic workflows.
• Uphold the clinic's standard of care by providing supportive interactions and addressing patient needs promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a front desk or similar role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining positive patient relations and handling sensitive information discreetly.
• Proficiency in office equipment and technology (e.g., fax machines, copiers, telephones, scheduling software).
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Strong hourly rate starting at $19.50
