Customer Service Representative - HYBRID SCHEDULE - Tue & Wed onsite | Mon, Thur & Fri remoteLocation: Vernon Hills, IL
Hours: open to work between the hours of 7am-7pm - 8 hour shift
Pay: $17-18/hr (based on experience)
One of our clients is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join their team Great work environment, offer a hybrid schedule and great training You will be answer a high volume of call and communicating with customers over phone and email:
Job Duties:
•Manage customer email responses
•Assist with all customer inquiries
•Enter customer orders
•Track, trace and follow up on order status for customers
•Manage customer returns
•Submit incomplete orders
•Creates work orders
•Identifies, documents, and communicates quality related improvements
