    Description

    At BAYADA Home Health Care, we are currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of compassionate professionals who deliver high-quality home health care services to pediatric clients in Altoona, Claysburg, Hollidaysburg, and Roaring Spring.

    To be eligible for this role, you must have:

    • Minimum one year of work experience as a CNA or;
    • Certificate of at least 75 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA training; and
    • Current CNA license listed in good standing with the board.

    Key Responsibilities

    As a CNA, you will be responsible for:

    • Activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
    • Light housekeeping
    • Bathing
    • Dressing
    • Grooming
    • Toileting
    • Nail care
    • Range of motion / exercises
    • Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
    • Oral feeding
    • Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
    • Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
    • Assisting with ambulation
