    Job DescriptionDescription:

    Provide behavior analysis services including assessment and behavior plans for clients who have completed the intake process at Personalized Therapy, LLC. Provide support, collaboration, and training with other professionals including supervisors and RBTs as well as caregivers. A $5,000 sign on bonus is now available for experienced BCBA.

    • Supervise BCaBA and RBTs providing feedback as needed and providing hours needed for obtaining and maintaining certificate as outlined in supervision contract in accordance with BACB guidelines
    • Develop and provide training to staff, community members, caregivers and RBTs
    • Complete functional behavioral assessments for clients and complete behavior plans for clients as needed
    • Complete and modify individualized treatment plans
    • Implement and update data collection procedures
    • Utilize skills and other resources to update and track progress
    • Collaborate with schools, day cares, and other community resources as appropriate
    • Collaborate with other Personalized Therapy LLC staff including SLPs, OTs, PTs, BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs
    • Prepare and maintain records and reports pertaining to patient evaluation and treatment plans
    • Administer assessments as needed and in accordance with insurance requirements
    • Document progress on goals via twice a year progress reports
    • Maintain accurate records including incident reporting and risk assessments
    • Collaborate with Educational Director for academic concerns and needs for clients
    • Lead monthly progress meetings
    • Lead parent training sessions
    • Maintain ongoing communication with parents regarding progress and treatment plan
    • Prepare and conduct staff performance reviews with Directors
    Requirements:


    • Adhere to the rules, regulations, policies and processes of Personalized Therapy LLC


    • Protect patient rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations


    • Adhere to the Ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB


    • BCBA or BCaBA - hold and maintain credential from BACB


    • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills


    • Complete continuing education courses as outlined by the BACB to maintain credential


    • Must complete and maintain supervision requirement as outlined by the BACB


    • Maintain CPR certification, clear background check (clear criminal record) and TB screening


    • Exhibit superior organization skills
