Job summary
We are seeking a Land Specialist to execute tract-level ROW work from owner outreach and survey permissions to offer preparation negotiations document routing and records consistent with Grid United's ROW Policy Manual and JD template standards.This growing team is focused on effective stakeholder engagement and positive involvement with the communities in the areas where we are working.
Responsibilities
- Conduct owner outreach; secure survey permissions; prepare/route offers and options; coordinate closings and recording;
- Maintain accurate tract files and contact notes.
