- Installation and Maintenance: Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC/R equipment, including HVAC, walk-in coolers, freezers, display cases and other refrigerated equipment.
- Diagnosis and Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and troubleshoot HVAC/R systems efficiently.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, industry standards, and local regulations while working on HVAC/R systems.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, address their concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial HVAC/R service.
- Certifications: EPA certification for handling refrigerants (Type II or Universal).
- Skills:
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with various HVAC/R system applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying conditions.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
