Description
Primary Purpose:
The primary responsibility of the Clinical Systems Business Administrator is to provide business administration support for the Sponsor's clinical systems, including but not limited to eTMF/CTMS, IRT and EDC systems (i.e., Veeva Clinical Vault and Medidata CTMS).
Major Duties:
Provide business administration support for Veeva Clinical Vault, including but not limited to:
User Access management.
Setup of Study/Country/Sites; managing lifecycle state changes; Global Directory management.
Archiving studies in Veeva Clinical Vault.
Dashboard/ report creation/updates.
Monitoring eTMF/CTMS mailbox.
Knowledge:
Knowledgeable in set-up and maintenance of the eTMF system and end-user support.
Have prior experience in a Clinical Operations role, handling clinical trial related documents.
Demonstrate skills in effective communication (written, oral, and presentation) to all levels including end-users, vendors, and Management Teams.
Possess the ability to effectively communicate business needs to IT technology partners.???????
