You are a Contract Property Accountant.

This position pays:
$35/hr - $38/hr


What you will be doing:
Conducting full close activities for approximately 7-11 properties.
Managing multiple bank accounts per property, averaging 4 accounts per property
Maintaining accurate and detailed financial records.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Assisting in resolving accounting discrepancies and issues.


What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
