The Facilities Specialists Sr

• General Trades position performs advanced level maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs and is responsible for the upkeep and improvement of the physical infrastructure and aesthetic environment of COCC facilities.

The position assesses building conditions, utilizes technical skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment and facility components, and works independently or in collaboration with other members of the maintenance team to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for faculty, staff, and students. May also act as project lead for assigned projects and work requests.
