JD Project ManagerJob Description:
HCL is looking for Program manager for multiple IT infrastructure projects and programs.

A program manager has a high-level of job responsibility and serves as a mediator between executives and numerous staff members employed as part of his or her specific area.

People in this role are in charge of planning, implementing and executing specific company goals or policies.

The post is also commonly referred to as a project managerDuties associated with this position involve monitoring associated budgets, allocating project resources and motivating and managing the programme s team members.

Other duties include issuing progress reports and ensuring deadlines are met in a timely and efficient fashion Professional Skills:

Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skillsSelf-starter and ability to work independently, and ability to be flexible to handle multiple priorities to bring tasks to successful closureStrong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilitiesTeam player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated outstanding level of professionalism in providing client support, including ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact, and diplomacySound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential informationAbility to apply detailed knowledge of organizational procedures to make independent decisions and serve as a credible resource for a senior management teamAbility to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendorsExcellent Technical knowledge in IT infrastructure and datacenters.

(2.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management (3.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviewsorparticipation in hiring drives.

(4.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases (6.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
