Job summary

The Operations Associate will assist team members in preparing paperwork and ensuring all client accounts are set up accurately and properly maintained.
This role provides ongoing service and operational support to clients, consistently exceeding service expectations.

Responsibilities include coordinating account openings and maintenance,
resolving account-related issues,
supporting internal projects,
and contributing to training and the continuous improvement of office processes and procedures.
