    Real estate firm is currently seeking a project admin to join their team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with day to day issues with Account and interface with customer
    • Communication with vendors
    • Experience with Scheduling
    • Experience with obtaining estimates
    • Work with field personal to sort documents
    • Work on inventory program
    • Order supplies for projects in the field

    Skills:

    Strong computer skills - Excel , outlook, Microsoft office a must - and other software proficiency that we will train– employee tracking, inventory tracking

    Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication with outstanding Customer Service Skills with the ability to proactively anticipate and provide solutions to customer needs

    Detail oriented with strong organization and problem solving abilities

    Proof reading skills - accuracy is key

    To work successfully as a team member or as an independent contributor

    Reliable, Responsible and hardworking employee

    Quick learner with high level of energy and enthusiasm
