RN ER Full Time Nights Position Summary
This role involves direct clinical patient care, encompassing assessment, planning, and implementation on a shift basis. Additionally, it entails supervising staff to ensure quality care is delivered. The position plays a crucial role in supporting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in maintaining high-quality nursing care standards, ensuring staff competency, and managing resources effectively.
Responsibilities:
Education
Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor or Master degree)
Certification
Required: Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered as per state regulations, including CPR certification
