JOB OVERVIEW
The Paid Search Specialist will be responsible for portions of the day-to-day execution of
multi-million dollar paid search advertising program; a critical component of advertising strategy
This individual will assist in all aspects of *** search campaigns including: setting up new campaigns, bid optimizations, ad copy writing & testing, A/B testing, analyzing, tracking, and optimizing cross-engine/cross-product performance
We are looking for a team player who enjoys working in close coordination with multiple teams and external partners
The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker, obsessed with continuous improvement and extremely detailed oriented.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve *** goals via paid search
Manage day-to-day activities related to paid search advertising, including: set-up, implementation, execution and analysis of paid search campaigns with multiple objectives
Write, test, and optimization ad copy
Conduct keyword discovery, testing, and optimization
Intense focus on improving CPA and ROAS
Reporting and analysis of campaign performance, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Drive continuous improvement through implementation of new and creative ideas
Stay current on industry trends and best practices, focusing on how changes can improve *** program
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years recent paid search campaign management experience on account larger than $50,000 a month
Bachelor's degree
Extensive knowledge of Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising
Skilled at paid search optimization techniques
Knowledge of fundamental campaign organization and best practices
Proficiency with Search Ads 360
Experience with Google Analytics (preferably Google Analytics 4)
Results oriented
Problem Solving
ability to understand issues and solve problems in appropriate manner
Must be detailed oriented and highly organized
Experience analyzing and drawing conclusions from large datasets
Excel skills - v-lookups, graphs, formulas
Ability to prioritize and manage to deadlines
Travel or finance category experience preferred
Must be team player who enjoys working together with others and sharing tasks
