Job summary:
We seek an experienced Director of Behavioral Services to lead psychiatric inpatient and outpatient program operations within a large acute care hospital in the Greater Charlotte,North Carolina/South Carolina region.
Responsibilities:
- Provide operational and clinical leadership for behavioral health inpatient and outpatient programs.
- Implement and evaluate standards of psychiatric nursing care and service effectiveness.
