The culture of Family Medicine at Essentia Health is one of trust, respect, and teamwork. with a collaborative goal to provide patient and family centered care. An Essentia Health Primary Care Physician leads a collaborative Care Team of NP's, PA's, Nurses, and ancillary staff. Utilizing Essentia Care Processes, physicians improve the overall health of patients by providing acute, chronic, and preventive healthcare.

In the role of an Essentia Health Walk-In clinic provider, you will open the door to new and established patients, offering an exceptional experience and high-quality care.

Two locations provide the opportunity to work at the 9th Street and Gateway Clinics.
Full time is 40 patient contact hours per week, seeing an average of 20-25 patients per day.
Flexible scheduling with 6, 10 or 12-hours shifts. Weekend and holiday shifts are 4 hours.
6 MDs and 1 APP on staff; with variability at each location.
Providers diagnose and treat a wide range of chronic and acute problems such as URIs, UTIs, lacerations, DVTs, lesions, environmental exposures, heart attacks, strokes, hypertension, and diabetes.
Opportunity to care for patients with unique cultural backgrounds ranging from newborn to centenarians.
Lab and x-ray are available onsite at both clinic locations with advanced imaging such as CT, MRI and ultrasound housed in the 9th Street Clinic.
Access to numerous Medical/Surgical specialties locally within Essentia Health's network.
