- Positions are full-time with 1 in 5 call rotation.
- First call every eighth night, no second call.
- Cases are primarily cardiac and vascular cases, no OB, and no Trauma.
- Position requires ECHO boards and/or cardiac fellowship.
- Provide anesthesia care for patients undergoing cardiac surgical procedures, including CABG, valve replacements, and other complex cardiac surgeries.
- Collaborate closely with our team of cardiac surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in pre-operative evaluations and post-operative care of cardiac patients.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of anesthesia protocols and practices within the institute.
- Board Certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology.
- Fellowship training in Cardiac Anesthesia.
- Valid medical license in the state of New York or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate care to patients.
