- Demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting and interacting with guests
- Assist guests' orders by making recommendations, demonstrating a high level of food and beverage knowledge
- Accurately enter food and beverage orders into the POS ordering system
- Communicate any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff
- Provide attentive and friendly service to ensure an exceptional dining experience
- Promptly address any customer service issues, referring to management if and when necessary
- Perform side work, such as polishing tableware and tidying the service station and in the dining area
- Must be able to lift and carry trays up to 30lbs.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Must have basic computer skills
- 2 years restaurant experience preferred
- Willing to train the right person
