Heartland Financial Group is looking for a team member with a strong work ethic and customer service focus. Adept multitasker capable of bringing simultaneous projects to completion with full accuracy and efficiency, with a keen eye for detail

Prepares and sorts contracting documents and identifies and interprets data to be entered.

Enters alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from contracting documents into database following format displayed on screen and enters necessary information.

Verifies data accuracy with customers and works to answer questions, resolve inconsistencies, or retrieve missing data.
Sends document information, files, and data to appropriate carrier(s).
Reaches out to carrier(s) regarding status of agents' contract.
Ability to work in office full-time.
