- Provide a positive customer experience for building owners requesting roofing service
- Receive service requests and coordinate repairs for Duro-Last roofing systems and Corporate Accounts with Service Agreements
- Provide follow-up communications to building owners regarding repairs completed
- Process warranty claims, generate accounts receivable invoices, and process contractor invoices
- Create and maintain customer accounts
- Follow-up on past due repair invoices
- Other duties as assigned
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an office or administrative position
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent keyboarding skills
- Strong phone/verbal/written communication skills
- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Ability to perform in a fast paced, team-oriented atmosphere
- Must be able to work a rotating schedule
