Job summary
The Intake Specialist will initiate the intake process for clients seeking services and is responsible for gathering, verifying, and recording client information into PEIRS and Salesforce. The Intake Specialist will accurately input and maintain client information and ensure data integrity. The Intake Specialist will assess clients' needs and urgency to direct them to the designated staff.The job requires 1 year of related experience or training in a related field. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain emotional control, and professional composure at all times. They must also have excellent communication skills in writing and verbally in English (Spanish highly preferred).
