What you'll do:
This person will provide i

ntegration requirements across the Services, Allies, and Partner Nations within the Indo-Pacific Joint Coalition Fires enterprise to achieve maximum effects against selected targets predominantly m

anned and Unmanned Aerial Platform Operations,

Kinetic and Non-Kinetic Effects (NKE),

Specialized Military Information Support Operations (MISO); and

Mitigation of Risk to Mission and Risk to Force.

Responsibilities include:
Experience in developing and disseminating targeting products in support of Joint military operations;
Prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, combined with related collateral sources to provide synthesized planning product to customers;
Review collateral and TS/SCI reporting to conduct research enhancing reporting from multiple sources to assist in the development of target products;
Advocate for the employment of the organizations data strategy in USINDOPACOMs joint targeting coordination working groups and joint targeting coordination boards
Support the planning and operations staff to identify capabilities and limitations of enemy forces and identifying potential enemy vulnerabilities;
Develop targeting products and support and disseminate to as directed;
Assist in the development of lethal and non-lethal operations into the targeting process;
Provide input to and develop targeting documents and related end products for development of all TTPs, CONOPs, policies and workflows;
Develop, recommend, and implement Operational Security (OPSEC) and signature management;
Review collateral and TS/SCI reporting to conduct research enhancing reporting from multiple sources to assist in the development of target products; and
Develop, recommend, and implement Operational Security (OPSEC) and signature management.

Qualifications:

What you'll need:
Education:

8 years of experience with a BS/BA, 6 years of experience with a MS/MA, 3 years of experience with a PhD; or

12 years experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.

Clearance:
Top Secret with SCI
Working knowledge of network and information exchange technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, RESTful, SOAP, HTTP)
3 years' experience working in the USINDOPACOM AOR
Experience in data fusion, intelligence analysis, or advanced analytical role
Knowledge of Joint Fires targeting, Intel processes, principles, and methods
Management and synchronization of all source intelligence collection, analytical Intel methods, data collection management and highly competent and familiarity with IC management systems, particularly national and tactical collection management operations
Strong and relevant J2T and/or J2C background
Demonstrate excellent written and oral communications, organizational knowledge management using technology-based systems, operational assessment, intelligence collaboration, and joint planning and oversight process
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Able to brief senior leadership (Flag/General Officer and Senior Executive Service level) periodically on status of intel and data fusion program in support of the organization

Target Salary Range:
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
