    JOB FUNCTION:


    Functions as part of a multi-discipline team in the delivery of clinical services to families with children, adolescents and young adults who are experiencing emotional, behavioral and/or mental health difficulties and who are at risk for out-of-home placement.

    Provides community-based services for clients and families that include ongoing clinical assessment, developing and implementing family-driven treatment plans and interventions, outcome measures, education and advocacy and crisis intervention services.

    Services are designed to support and sustain families in our community safely and avoid out of home care placements. Services will be provided through both face-to-face and telehealth services with some evening hours required.
    Daily travel within the local community (Pasco County) will be required. Must have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement is provided).


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Master's degree in a behavioral health field with knowledge of mental health and substance-related diagnosis and treatment. Experience in mental health and/or behavioral health services which may include a Master's Level Internship.


    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
    Ability to bend, lift a minimum of 30#, stretch, lower and raise self independently from floor. Ability to see and hear in emergency situations. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Ability to travel to families homes.

    Must be able to complete NAPPI training and perform NAPPI techniquesSPECIAL WORKING CONDITIONS:

    Exposure to consumers and a variety of program conditions, which may include long, irregular hours, on-call duties, weekend hours, and local travel.

    Exposure to a wide range of community environments outside the agency.
