    As a

    Talent Acquisition Manager


    at Mindray, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to drive our company's success.

    You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to extending offers and onboarding new hires.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with people, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Essential Functions

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
    • Guide candidates through the interview process, providing a positive experience and timely feedback.
    • Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages as needed.
    • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
    • Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve our recruitment processes.
    Knowledge/Educational

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the Life Sciences industry.
    • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in a competitive market.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably ADP WorkforceNow and other recruitment software/tools.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Professional certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
