    THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.


    This National Guard position is for an IT SPECIALIST (APPSW/INET) - Title 5 OBO, Position Description Number
    T and is part of the WI JFHQ J6, Wisconsin National Guard.

    Duties



    Serves as a principal expert and the authoritative source for software application development providing project leadership to lower-graded specialists.

    • Determines feasibility of the requested applications.
    • Analyzes National Guard Bureau (NGB), agency and locally developed standard/stovepipe systems to determine needed additions.
    • Develops reports on the status of projects.
    • Manages Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs websites and web products.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
