- Maintain general cleanliness inside and outside the warehouse, including spider web removal.
- Organize staging and dock areas.
- Assist customers with forklift operations.
- Support janitorial staff with heavy trash removal.
- Report any illegal activities, dumping, or significant damages to management.
- Help build new units based on direction by onsite manager
- Work with stakeholders
- Assist with any relocations for customers
- Provide support or assistance for Customers when needed
- Keep dock areas clean and free of debris.
- Manage and maintain cleanliness around trash disposal areas near docks.
- Report any misuse or damage related to dock areas.
- Regularly clean up trash and debris, particularly in landscaped areas.
- Organize and dispose of broken pallets.
- Report environmental or property concerns promptly.
- Address various maintenance needs throughout the facility.
- Utilize skills in plumbing, drywall, HVAC, and general repairs to maintain the integrity of our facilities.
- Proven maintenance skills and experience in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and landscaping.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting objects up to 50lbs.
- Forklift certification required (training provided in-house).
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.
- Must be reliable, trustworthy, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Reliable transportation.
- Available to work with flexibility for varied tasks.
- Possibly weekends
