POSITION SUMMARY:
At the heart of every guest's experience is an exceptional Seasonal Guest Experience Specialist. Your mission is to orchestrate the perfect stay for our valued guests, from check-in to check-out. As the face of our resort, you will leave a lasting impression with your efficient and professional service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure a seamless Guest Check in/Check out
Assist with unit maintenance and cleaning requests
Assist with all aspects of Front Desk duties
Resolving guest issues at a high level
All other duties as needed or assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Hospitality experience preferred
Good written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of the area is a plus
Self-starter and able to work well independently
Computer knowledge
Must be dependable and people-oriented
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Hourly Wage: $16 - $18 per hour based on experience and achievement
Benefits:
This seasonal position does not currently qualify for benefits, however, the candidate selected does maintain the possibility of becoming a permanent team member. In that case, the position would qualify for the following benefits:
Paid time off, such as PTO, sick days, and vacation days

Vision insurance
Schedule: Full-time 40-hour work week, weekends and holidays as needed, through Labor Day and possibly beyond.
