- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in program or project management in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and software development principles and methodologies.
- Experience using project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Click Up.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Seated Position: Ability to remain in a seated position for approximately 50% of the time, with the capacity to alternate between sitting and standing as necessary.
